I have a victorian era home and unfortunately two sewage leaks, 13months apart. KW came to Monte Vista, staff educated me re: process and how remediation would go. Staff were polite and professional, never rushed. They had to repair areas my husband, a master carpenter built originally - my husband gave his full approval of the repair, "good as new". Staff dealt with my USAA insurance seamlessly. Highly recommend. Made a bad situation much less painful.
